Boot Camp: 

Will challenge your cardiovascular and muscular fitness by incorporating calisthenics, free-weights, and plyometrics for a variety of excercises in each session.

Box & Sculpt: 

Kick, punch, and jab your way to a more toned you!

For all levels.

 Butts & Guts: 

Train and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this toning class.  Workout will focus on the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using lightweights and body resistance.

        CrossFit: 

Combination of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements.

Revolutionary cardio-based, total-body conditioning program, based on the principles of MAX interval training.  INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.  

        Insanity: 

     Power  

by MOSSA:  

Group Power is your hour of power! Blast all your muscles with this high rep weight-training workout.  Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated excercises.

Pilates: 

Using a floor mat and small prop, this class focuses on the basic principles: core strength, increases felxibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture.

TRX:  

Suspension-training system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of excercises

        Yoga:  

Classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures

PIYO: 

A combination of Yoga and Pilates to stretch and strengthen your body.  The emphasis is on core-control and focus on breathing while in motion. The full body is covered, leaving you feeling toned and fexible.

          Zumba: 

 

 

 

 

       HIIT:

Exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-Inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party.

 

High Intensity Interval Training is an intense workout with weights and cardiovascular exercise.

Iso-Stretch: 

Low-impact, high-yield body stretch and resistance training class.  Stretch out those sore muscles while getting an unbeatable isometric workout.

Tone & Sculpt:

Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated core excercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform.

Spin: 

Indoor-cycling - pedal your way to a higher level of fitness with our expert instructors

Full-body H.I.I.T weight training and cardio class. Focuses on core muscle group.

        Forever Fit:  

Very low-impact cardio and weight training class. Designed for those looking for a lighter work-out session.
